Slotwise provides an online booking and scheduling platform designed for service-based businesses (such as cleaning and lawn services) to manage customer bookings and availability.

By accessing or using Slotwise, you agree to these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Who Slotwise Is For

Slotwise is intended for:

  • Service businesses operating in Australia
  • Businesses offering time-based, fixed-price services
  • Business owners, managers, or authorised representatives

Slotwise is not intended for consumers booking services for personal use, unless explicitly stated.

3. Nature of the Service

Slotwise:

  • Helps businesses present recommended booking times to customers
  • Does not guarantee bookings, availability, revenue, or scheduling outcomes
  • Acts as a tool, not a replacement for human decision-making

Businesses remain fully responsible for:

  • Confirming bookings
  • Delivering services
  • Managing staff, pricing, and customer communication

4. Early Access & Changes

Slotwise may be offered in early access or beta form.

You acknowledge that:

  • Features may change, be removed, or added
  • Availability and functionality are not guaranteed
  • Data structures and workflows may evolve

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and lawful information
  • Use Slotwise only for legitimate business purposes
  • Not misuse, scrape, probe, or attempt to reverse-engineer the platform
  • Not use Slotwise to impersonate others or access competitor data

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials.

6. Third-Party Services

Slotwise may integrate with third-party services (e.g. calendars, email providers).

We are not responsible for:

  • Availability or reliability of third-party services
  • Data loss caused by third-party providers
  • Changes to third-party APIs or pricing

Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:

  • Slotwise is provided "as is"
  • We are not liable for lost revenue, missed bookings, scheduling errors, or indirect damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid to us (if any) in the preceding 12 months

Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law where applicable.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • These Terms are violated
  • The service is misused
  • Required by law

You may stop using Slotwise at any time.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
